Nuart Theatre

LA's flagship Landmark Theatre opened in 1929-30 with 600 seats and stars like Douglas Fairbanks in attendance. Acquired by Landmark in 1974 as the chain's first theater, it's been home to Rocky Horror Picture Show since 1976—with the loyal Sins O' The Flesh cast performing every Saturday at midnight since 1987. The single-screen venue pioneered cult midnight movies alongside its eclectic art house programming.
