Long Island's premier year-round independent cinema since 1973, the CAC serves 150,000 visitors annually across three state-of-the-art theaters. Founded by Vic Skolnick, Charlotte Sky, and Dylan Skolnick, it has hosted countless filmmaker appearances from Robert Altman to Spike Lee, while its Film Arts in Education program brings media literacy to middle and high school students across Long Island.
