Oriental Theatre

Dick & Bauer designed the Oriental in an East Indian style, with porcelain lions, Buddha statues and hundreds of hidden elephants; it opened in July 1927. Milwaukee Film has run its three screens since 2018 and restored 35mm and 70mm projection. Rocky Horror has played at midnight with a live shadowcast since 1978.
