Built in 1924 in Mission Revival/Beaux Arts style, this 762-seat Olympia landmark features glazed terra cotta facades and circular leaded art glass depicting the Greek Muses by Northwest artist Raymond Nyson. The Olympia Film Society purchased the theater in 2010 and continues screening films—many on 35mm—while hosting the annual Olympia Film Festival, which has attracted up to 7,000 attendees since 1983.
